Jon Coad
Pastor Jon is our Children’s Pastor, overseeing Kids Town, Nursery, Kids Town Connect, Royal Rangers and M-Pact Girls Club. He came on staff in August of 2008 after working at a church in Jacksonville Florida for 3 years. Pastor Jon’s parents were missionaries and he grew up in the Dominican Republic. It was here that his heart for ministry came alive as he and his family ministered to thousands of children. His family has helped start 17 Latin America Child Care schools in areas where there was no hope for education in the Dominican Republic. He graduated from Southeastern Bible University in Lakeland, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies. Pastor Jon and his wife Alicia, have one son Ethan Coad.
Pastor Jon’s Secret Life Ambition: To have a children’s event that fills a football stadium with kids and their families.
An interesting fact you may not know about him: He loves when people cook for him, except for shell fish, he’s allergic.
