Small Groups
Small Groups meet together regularly in an informal environment – usually in homes, at CLA, but potentially anywhere!
People desire connection. Small groups provide a setting for authentic relationships to form. This is the church in its smallest unit. Without this connection, people - at best - attend meetings but aren't truly participating in the life of the church. A small group provides this place of connection, not only to relationships, but also to the vision and structure of the church.
“So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.” —Acts 2:46-47
Small Groups Mission Statement
To connect people relationally in groups (four to ten individuals) for the purpose of growing in Christlikeness, loving and caring for one another, and contributing to the work of the church, in order to glorify God and make disciples of all nations.
