Marriage Mentoring

aking Love Last Forever is a marriage mentoring program designed not only to help you stay in love with your mate, but also to fall in love with life. This course is for good marriages that want to be great marriages and struggling marriages that want to be good marriages. In this course you will learn to love life as God loves you, and then you will have the resources to give and receive love. Making Love Last Forever is a study to help you discover forever-love and develop skills to share that kind of love with your spouse.

Who can attend a group?

Making Love Last Forever is for married couples who are willing to work on their marriage together.

How can we get into a Making Love Last Forever group?

How long does each Making Love Last Forever group last?

The course lasts 12 weeks.

Is there a fee?

The registration fee is $30 per couple for the entire course. The registration is kept nominal so that no couple is prevented from attending a group due to financial constraints.

What can we expect from a group?

Making Love Last Forever is not a counseling session. Each week a specific scriptural principle is taught that, when applied to your marriage, will transform your relationship.

Each lesson is accompanied by homework that reinforces the principle taught in the class. The degree to which a couple is committed to working on their marriage is the degree to which they will see changes.

Who teaches these classes?

Each group is led by a Lead Couple. They have undergone rigorous training and must participate in ongoing training and discipling to be leaders. Each couple has been approved by the pastors and has a good relationship with CLA.

What if my husband/wife doesn’t want to attend a group?

Couples must attend groups together. If your spouse is not willing to do this, there are other alternatives open to you. We do have excellent tapesand books that will minister to you. 

Our marriage is in big trouble, can we get immediate help?

Yes, we have marriage counseling available to you.
