Mission Statement

To equip single adults who are 40+ to become fully devoted followers of Christ…enriching, serving, and impacting the lives of singles in Central Pennsylvania.

Our vision is to support adults who are single by choice or circumstance to use their gifts to create a ministry to heal and help others to grow in the grace of Christ.

Our Purpose is to...

ATTRACT singles that have never been to church, are returning to church, finding a new church, or getting a fresh start:

Single adults that have reached their mid-life yearn for companionship and a meaningful existence.

Mid-life Singles frequently experience an empty nest, and desire to belong to another family who will accept and embrace them unconditionally. Christian Life Assembly's Single Adult Ministry is that second family.

AFFIRM adults who are single, by choice or by circumstance, as whole and worthwhile individuals:

God loves Single Adults just as we are. We are here to help singles realize that God has given them a gift that will enable them to serve Him and those He loves.

OFFER many "ports of entry" and paths to supportive Christian fellowship through a variety of programs, activities and mutual support:

• Adult Bible Fellowship: Abundant Life Singles class Sunday mornings at 10:15 am.  Coffee and light refreshments are available for all.

• Retreats: Weekend "get-away" held annually to slow down and reflect on God's purpose for our lives.

• Small Group Ministry: Held in homes of CLA members, these groups of six to ten offer a more casual, yet intimate environment for prayer, study, fellowship and discussion of God's Word.

• Wednesday Night Classes: (include link to WNC page) Various classes are held each Wednesday evening 7:00-8:15
