Solo Parents

CLA is proud of our single parent families and is committed to helping and supporting single parents and their children.

The single parent ministry was established because of the growing number of single parent homes in our community. The church is faced with a mission in helping single parents and their children establish a new lifestyle. We offer various programs and ministries to help single parents and their children following divorce or death of a spouse. This means that a healing process is necessary to adjust both to being single again and to single parenthood. CLA is committed to helping single parents and their children through that process, helping them connect with other single parents and children and growing in their walk with God.

SoloParenting Dinner Ministry

We believe in taking time to serve those parenting solo at Christian Life Assembly! Join us each month for a time of food and fellowship as scheduled.

ABF: Adult Bible Fellowships

These are communities of 15 to 100 people who meet for Bible study and friendship. Classes meet at Christian Life Assembly and guests are always welcome. Classes meet at 9:15 and 10:15 AM. Join us as we fellowship together while studying God’s Word.

H2O: Young Adult Ministry

H2O is designed to reach the needs of those ages 18 to 29. The ministry has a weekly intensive bible study, a monthly gathering and outreach. For more information, check out the young adult’s page.

SAM: Single Adult Ministry

Single Adult Ministry focuses on the exigencies of those 40 or better. We have an ABF class offered as well as various other gatherings. For more information, contact SAM at abeardmore@aol.com.
